This is where we start! Meet with one of our professional trainers that will lead you through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) which will provide feedback that will give you and your coach a base to which you will begin with. Based on your results a 4 week, 3-6 day a week program will be made to fit your body’s needs. To insure that you understand the program made for you, you will be apart of our Mechanix Program (Refer below for details). At the end of the 4 weeks another FMS will be provided to guide in the direction that is best for your desired results.
Combines elements of conditioning, strongman, powerlifting, unilateral training, beginner gymnastics, cleans and more. Days break down to 60% practice, 30% competition and 10% mental toughness.
