I was searching for a program that would help me lose weight and maybe get a little bit stronger. I was also hoping for relief from continuing IT band soreness as a result of running half marathons. I was somewhat skeptical about a program that seemed to emphasize more weightlifting and less of the “boot camp” style I was used to for losing weight. But with the encouragement of many friends, I decided to give Chad’s program a chance.A year later I can say that I am so happy with the changes in my body. Not only have I lost over 20 lbs. and 11 inches overall, but I am so much stronger than I ever thought I would be. Also, I am amazed at my recovery following my races, attributing it to my stronger core and overall fitness. I feel so confident and proud of my achievements and appreciate Chad and Kim’s constant words of encouragement to keep me going. I feel excited to join this shop family every morning to see how we can all grow together.
