
In June if 2016 I was at the lowest point of my life and the highest weight I had ever been. I made the decision to make a major change to improve my health. In September, a good friend talked me into trying the gym with her. I was nervous and extremely intimidated. The women I encountered were wonderful and supportive despite my inability to even do one push-up. I committed to going a few times a week, and after just a month I saw an improvement in my strength and stamina. In November when Clarkys opened, I joined and have loved every day. Not only have I lost weight, I have gained strength, stamina, confidence and a second family that I am so grateful to be a part of.
