Chad Clark loves the process of helping someone who wants to break past their glass ceiling but doesn’t know how to. “You can see the transformation happen right in front of you, seeing someone work so hard to ‘unlock’ another level of their life due to the persistence, blood, sweat and tears throughout the process,” he says. “To see them come out the other side and blossom is a great thing.
Starting out at a hometown gym, and eventually getting a job at that same location, he has grown through body building, triathlons, Sealfit, CrossFit and several specialty seminars. Since then, he’s focused on Olympic Weightlifting as his go-to, while throwing strength & conditioning to stay well-rounded.
