First Things First: Get An Initial Consultation
Functional Movement Screen (FMS) + On Boarding Program
This is where we start! Meet with one of our professional trainers that will lead you through a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) which will provide feedback that will give you and your coach a base to which you will begin with. Based on your results and/or experience an entry into our On Boarding Program will be the next step. During the On Boarding Program (OBP) course you will be learning alongside peers about foundational movements, shop lingo, and our philosophy about training. Upon completing OBP you will have access to the rest of the facility and be admitted into our General Physical Preparedness (GPP) Classes.

General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
Programming is aimed at improving capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Days of the week break down to 60% practice, 30% competition and 10% mental toughness. These classes will expand your base physical abilities and base of movement knowledge.
A 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training is designed to get your heart rate up, increase metabolic performance while improving strength, agility, flexibility, mobility and balance. Tools used: Your Body! Ladders, TRX Suspension Trainers, Sand Bags, Sleds, Plyo Boxes, Ropes, Clubs, Maces, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Resistance Bands, Parallette Bars and other goodies picked up along the way!
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. This class is designed to leave you feeling muscles you didn’t know you had, to get the heart rate up and keep you at your peak functional fitness level
Our Barbell Club follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this barbell club is for you.
Pro Coach by Precision Nutrition
12-month habit-based program designed for someone seeking a true LIFESTYLE CHANGE. If you have a hard time sticking to your GOALS, this is one worth asking after! We offer a few different options: online coaching, one-on-one, in-person and small group options available.

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Clarkys’ Body Shop offers a wide range of one-on-one workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
20-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) followed by a 35-minute Movement Phase based on Yoga & Pilates principles. Combining these styles will benefit your range of motion, balance, trunk strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance and speed. Come with the expectation to work hard, leave feeling relaxed!
